SYLVIAN LÈVIN

Sylvian Lèvin explores long-form Visual Storytelling, blending together writing and photography through an ongoing passion project known as Sylviantells. 

Growing up, people would often describe me as a natural storyteller this wasn’t because my stories were bigger, bolder or more expansive, it was in how they were shaped and told, passing moments, hidden details and history coming together to form larger stories.

As years passed I felt a pull to tell stories, returning to familiar pages in a book that once seemed closed. However, this time I wanted to visualise my stories in ways that I hadn’t done before. Photography became my way of bringing visual rhythm to my stories.

My work starts and ends in everyday life, shaped by what we pass, notice and often miss, quietly inviting us to look closer. In my work I invite you to do just that, whether it’s through your own exploration or my stories teaching you something new about the places you thought you knew.
